    Introduction

    On 8 December, you will have the opportunity to visit the brand-new extension of Breuer Technological Development (BTD). The company has carried out numerous innovative development projects for renowned car manufacturers, most of them under non-disclosure agreements. Drawing on its expertise in alternative propulsion, BTD has also played a key role in several European and national research and development projects.

    This new facility can test powertrains of up to 1 MW under both ambient and extreme conditions, including altitude simulation and temperatures as low as -30 °C. It is also open to components for sectors other than automotive. Finally, the project includes the development and construction of two new research combustion engines, specifically designed for testing with hydrogen and e-fuels.
